Good learning curve

At my current company we work with clients daily which it is very interesting where you get frustrated clients and some who are very understanding. As you start a day you need to plan on what needs to be done for the day and update clients accordingly. I have a very good relation ship with my co-workers never has any fight with anyone or arguments. I am a person who likes working in a happy environment. During this years I have learned that making debt whilst your not looking in your budget can get a person in trouble. I enjoy working with different problems for me to be able to learn everyday. The most challenging aspects it getting to get documents from clients which it doesn't make my job easy as I cannot do anything if I don't have documents. But either than that I am problem solver I look for solutions if I have a problem rather than asking without trying.

Pros: Learning something new daily
Cons: no promotion opportunity as well as their wage it is too small for the work that we are going.

Always learn

Typical should be lack of production, my preference is joyful moments it helps to easy the day, people have different problems, and I do enjoy being helpful to them, my most challenging is when I have to repeat myself over a person whose not certain about what they want.

Pros: always calm yourself people are not the same.
Cons: learn more.

Excellent fast learner

I did have a good relationship with the co-wokers, in the Morning i start my day with my diary what i need to do check emails and answer phones then after that i start working on legal documents help clients with incoming calls do assessments for clients and discuss it with them. I have learned

Good experience

I have 4years experience in a call centre and IT certificate.also admin.I enjoy working with people.I believe I'm the right candidate for this position.

Growth potential

company is a company that renders financial services to the public,it is a good company with great opotunity for growth,the only disadvantage is the salary is in the form of a commission which however normally gets affected by claw backs

Great people to work with, performance is required at all times

It's a good environment, with reasonable working hours even though I don't mind shifts. I talk to a lot of people every single day which is exciting for me because I get to learn a lot and just helping people makes me feel good about myself it also shows my abilities in the work place. I do all the other extra activities in the office that includes helping coworkers with their clients or whenever their systems are down, really I just want growth and a new experience.

Working at Maxlaw helped me to enhance my skills and learned to create a profession and excellent customer service,i liked the supportive enviroment and working with a team so determined to make it big and so goal-oriented.

Was a good job but I fall sick after they replaced me

Was a good job but was bad when is comes to money you work long hours for little money and the manager is bad is full of control and use strong language when speaking to us and is not even good to do so

Greatest experience ever

I've learnt more than what a person can learn. Greatest bosses who teaches every corner of the company. Everyone gets an opportunity to lead and teach what they've learnt. Everyone gets an opportunity to grow and are being rewarded for the extra effort they give
