Experience a lot and learned or lot about running and building up a bussiness. I have learned to deal with customers in the most difficult situations and still get the best results. I have learned to survived even in stresful times and learned. Lot of patience to experience the best result. My experience in computers have grown, to use and to repair. Staff training was a pleasure for me to see them grow and become confident self motivated and eager to be better. Trust and work as a team made as the best part of the bussiness

Was a excellent learning curve

Hard working and long hours but I have learnt so much. From running a bussiness on my own to handeling customers with all types of lifestyles and problems. I have learnt that the most difficult situations with customers is the ones that can be solved the quickest with a very calm attitude and a smile. I have worked very well with all the staff and owners and my relationship with them invoved a lot of trust and dicipline. Constant training and involvement with your staff is the best way to work together

Build up strong and excellent customer relations

I have learnt a lot from this company. Patience, customer skills and communication,computer skills,stock and bussiness control, how to save money for the company,how to make a company grow by hard work and a lot of time and efford from my side. Build up new friends and bussiness environment by suppliers and new markets. Most of all the working condition I was in was a gud team working efford and lots of positive feedback
