Excellent learning curve

I am an expert at instigating recovery activities in order to minimize risk costs and optimize returns. By the same token I possess a track record of ensuring the complete resolution of accounts in an efficient and professional manner. I have the ability to listen, persuade, and negotiate, whilst at the same time building trust with the customer. I can also be relied upon to make a sincere commitment to meet the debtor’s needs at the highest level, every time. My accumulated experiences enable me to negotiate payment and settlement terms with those who experiences fallen behind on their financing payments. However, my real expertise lies in my ability to analyse credit reports, loan histories and financial records to come up with suggestions for establishing payment plans. For a year and six months I have worked for a debt recovery company where I contact consumers every day to negotiate the repayment of their debts.

Debt collector

Rehabilitating bad debts, solving debtors queries, handling both inbound and outbound calls, collecting debtors payments, negotiating with debtors for payment arrangement and probing effectively, arranging for PTP’s and negotiating for Debit order, educating debtors on settling their accounts and consequences of not paying, meeting daily, weekly and monthly standards and target. Data capturing, updating debtor’s information and managing productivity on the system

Pros: skills of a lifetime
Cons: low salary
