Excellent communicator

productive dayand had to introduce the Q/A/QC systems. there was no discipline on site which I had to instal. there ais no planning structure for the bigger picture of work. the site manager was used to planning for daily task which is a recipe for fire fighting management style.

Pros: Good programmer and follow up
Cons: wants things to be perfect
