Adaptation to new environment
when I meet people who don't enjoy what I doJust a crazy fun chap who's always laughing and with a smile. I enjoy chats and just to know people I work with to avoid certain small misunderstandings. But sometimes it gets very challenging when I meet people who don't enjoy what I do but I always do my best to adapt to their environment. but I always do my best to adapt to their environment.

Cons: Long working hours plus overtime in between.

Leaning curve
A good learning curve, long hours, good relationship with Co. Workers they very accommodating, I have learnt a lot expecially working in the processing, quality of product that we produce, but its very cold expecially in winter

Im hard working i work at mccain foods for 5 years problem i must work as fixed contract they dnt wan and i work hard working on position of a permenant person on position then now we stop becouse of covid ))19t to register me

Excellent learning , good engineering exposure
I am newly qualified , so they still paying me the apprentice money.I work with a team on friendly people and they always prepared to help. I work in the whole plant , and I help anyone who need help .I have learn both mechanical and electrical skills as a millwright, I would consider myself to be good in both trades.
