hectic, busy those that are helpful very good nice relationship those that do not want to adhere to company rules, strained relationship be grateful that you still do have a job meeting customers all with different personalities and each a story to tell no reliever, staff not answering their telephones or returning customer's calls

Excellent learning curve

To complete and capture consumer applications for Credit Transactions, for vehicle financing and insurance. To verify the identity and residence details of consumers/clients as prescribed by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA). Present consumers/clients with a Credit Provider’s (Bank) quotation & pre-agreement statement. Explain and conclude the signing of Credit transactions for processing and validations. Provide consumers with the Credit provider’s dominant reason for credit being refused where applicable.
