Good learning curve

Mcdonalds stick to its policy and procedures and I enjoyed working with them.I now want new challenges at Hospitality,I also need to grow and this field.I've opened 4 new stores with Mcdonalds training newly hired crew.

Pros: you get recognition for job well done
Cons: The attitude they display is unacceptable

Best customer experience

I worked at McDonalds for 10 years this year,I started as a part time crew then I grew myself up,in 4 months after being employed I became crew of the month, few months down the line I was offered a management training and I endup being Assistant Manager,I know customer service in and out Ordering and scheduling.

Pros: I must say that it has growth and development and I liked it.
Cons: The is no challenge because we do same thing every day, that's why I left.
