I am able to provide direction with limited intervention.

My relationship with my co-workers is a very professional one, we meet regularly to discuss issues and problems are resolved immediately. I have an open door policy. We share a mutual respect for each other in a multi-racial team and I get the best out of the team by motivating, up skilling & creating understanding and following B Style management. I enjoy working with people, taking the business forward from a start-up and watching it evolve. I have learnt that when working in a smaller company that wants to become a corporate, it can be quite challenging as the people employed are not from corporate therefore the change in mind-set is quite important and quite a challenge. The most challenging part of managing a start-up is to grow sustainably in sales and profitability and it is extremely difficult in the current climate where we are forced to buy market share.

Pros: I want to grow professionally in the organisation and it's very important for my career path. I am driven and work extremely smart and hard to attain my goals.
Cons: Yes i will have to work slightly longer hours however i think in the long term it will be worth it and life is all about balance, if you have a good balance even though you might work additional hours, your life style and stress levels will stay constant and it wont hamper family time and other responsibilities.

Good Learning Curve

Just to see you can achieve anything

working at my company is very challenging. You need to be very energetic, hard working. Be able to work with people that are moody sometimes. Because I adapt very easy I manage to work . I am a very friendly person with everyone. I learned to be very patient. I enjoyed to work with figures.
