Completed LLB Degree & BA Psychology

I am a university graduate with LLB and B.A Psychology degree. Currently I am perusing a higher certificate in business. At the moment I work as an HR intern. My responsibilities include but not limited to: Record Management Giving and gathering the signed relevant HR forms from employees (according to the company policies and Legislation etc.), Creating a new employee’s electronic and physical file, Leave capturing, Invoice loading (GP3). Interdepartmental Liaising with Finance Department for payments of invoices, Providing Transformation Department with past and present employee’s data, Submitting documents to Legal Department for authentication.

Good consulting company

It is a non hierarchy company, the culture in the office is that we help each other out and teach each other. every body knows everyone in he office. I have learned to be objective,pay attention to details. I enjoy working with people,meeting new people working in HR has given me this opportunity. The challenge is having to deal with people who has been in the firm the longest, they do not trust easily.

A graduate in LLB and BA Psychology degree with solid experience in record management, project management and good human relations. An effective team member, ability to respond fast and manage conflict with good problem solving skills.
