Excellent learning curve

As a trainee or student experience I was at the feed mill for a couple of days looking at how the feed mill works and how different raw materials are incorporated into a diet. In the lab I looked at how feed and raw materials are checked for moisture and crude protein; minerals were done once a week. I also checked for moisture and protein especially at the check in and checkout point for raw materials and feed that was distributed as bulks. One week was spent with technical advisors and travelled with them to pig, broiler and dairy farms. A lot was learnt including how the theory we are learning now will be incorporated when we start working. Every aspect of the learning process was exciting and I enjoyed every part of it. I had more time with lab people and they were all great people willing to help with the learning process and we had a great relationship with them.

Pros: Opened my eyes as to why I need to know all the things I am taught.
Cons: None, I enjoyed every part of it

Consistent

I am fast learner, I am very discipline, I enjoy working with a team also alone, am very punctual when it's come to work and am very good on problem solver.

Pros: Am very good on interpreting of drawing hope that will benefit the company

Good at what im doing

I can do full debtors function from credit applications to handing over of accounts. I am a good teamplayer but I also work well on my own. We learn every day new things from one another as well as in our working tools. I love to work with targets and deadlines and to achive my goals that is set. I am very competitive and love challenges. I have been very sucessfull in completing tasks.

Cons: people dont like someone else move forward in life

Excellent learning curve

Everyday comes with pressure if you can't work under you won't be able to work there. We worked as a team we beat any challenge. I learnt that if you communicate and work as a team you achieve anything. What I enjoy is that we treat each other with respect and like one family. Breakdowns are most challenging aspects because you need to think broadly and make a plan that will work

Good place to learn and start your career

Good place with nice people. Always willing to help others and lend a helping hand. High pressure at times. Big on bio safety as it's a feed company.........is a good place to start working bit no place for growth.
