Good learning curve working with different departments

My typical day includes: Daily morning meetings to discuss progress on existing projects, new work coming up Capturing all the stock Ordering all materials for factory and sites Quality Control Fleet Maintenance Logistics Planning Checking Drawings compared to BOM Advise on any changes to the BOM I get along well with the people that I work with including the top management and lower management including factory workers I have learned quite a lot on how the different departments work individually and how they all fit together, along with different ways of manufacturing units compared to my previous company I enjoy interacting with the suppliers and seeing new technologies on how to improve manufacturing Most Challenging aspect of my job is to meet deadlines set by clients and to ensure all items ordered are delivered on the days we need to install it in our current world climate

Great way to kick-start my career

It has been a good learning curve, the main issue is being underpaid. Also knowing that there is no room for promotion because it is a small company. The working environment is a great atmosphere with a lot of friendly people, so one looks forward to coming to work everyday.

Pros: Loving colleagues
Cons: Under paying
