I HAVE GAINED A LOT OF EXPERIENCE IN THE MANUFACTURING OF AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS INDUSTRY OVER THE LAST COUPLE YEARS IN MY TRADE.ALOT OF CHALLENGES CAME ON MY PATH WHERE I HAVE LEARNED HOW TO OVERCOME IN THIS INDUSTRY ENVIRONMENT.WORKING TOGETHER WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS WE STRIVE TO ACHIVE THE GOALS THAT HAD BEEN REQUIRED DAILY.I ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE IN EXCELLENCE, GOOD QUALITY WORK AND ON TIME DELIVERY. I AM HONEST, RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. Excellent learning curve

Good company to work. The company has a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from automotive industry to food and beverage industries which offers an opportunity for employees to learn and gain diversified experience.

Company Growth

I have been part of a company that, started small and has managed to compete nationally with some of the larger companies in the automotive projects sector. WE have also managed to diversify into other industries, which has provided me with new challenges and goals. As the projects manager I am always challenged to find more efficient ways of meeting our customers timing constraints etc. I feel that I have a good working relationship with the staff and this does help to achieve the goals the Company sets.

Pros: Always new technology
Cons: Do not feel I am allowed to fully do my job(to much control from director)
