Lot of support from subordinates

Not a comfotable environment to work in if you are of another race (black in particular). Afrikaans is the preferred language for writting the files and communicating with everyone and that hinders the chances of growth

Pros: minimal opportunity for growth
Cons: I think racism is still a problem there
