Thought it was an excellent learning curb but all i have gained is some managerial experience

I work for a division of Media 24 (Pty) Ltd called Jonathan Ball Publishers. I was promised to be developed into the position. I was looking forward to being a proper financial accountant. 2 yrs down the line, i'm still sitting doing a bookkeeper's job, earning what most clerks earn.

Pros: Still a great oppportunity to develop if mindests change
Cons: Long hour with no compensation

Excellent growing leader with about 15 years of facilities managing in house and outsource teams

Management of soft and hard services ( generalist) . Management of in house and outsource teams. Management of contracts and service level agreements. Management of finance and procurement. In charge of Occupational health and safety for the buildings under my portfolio. Management of projects, upgrades and renovation. People management and client liaison. Management of customer relationship and being a representative of the department to business units

Pros: Successfully running capital and operations project. Implementation of an OHS system and management of same thereof. Staff recruitment, appraisal and performance reviews
Cons: Working standby duties on church days and holidays
