Always Learning the Environment

Some days are busier than others Always something new to learn from clients and colleagues. A great and friendly environment. I have learnt a lot about the production phase of an agency and keeping up with the pressure. I have learnt a lot about the production phase of an agency and the process of getting a TV ad to broadcasters and keeping up with the pressure of what producers have to deal with and require from you pressure of what producers have to deal with and require from you. I have enjoyed being able to be the person who provides solutions and make things easier for clients. The most challenging aspect of the job has to be the international deliveries and being aware of the different regulations and processes.

It's an excellent learning curve

This is a good company its just taking off , well the branch in cape town is still busy taking off, i would have liked to get the salary increase that we were promised

Great way to start a career

We have a great relationship with my co workers and we work very well if we have issues we sort them out professionally. We work very well as team on our day to day work and we learn a lot from each other. l have learnt how to do data capturing and quality check. i also have learnt to meet deadlines for clients report.s
