Receptionist

My job is a Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with one weekend per month. Always worked team based and leader. I've learnt how to care for customers and company interests. I enjoy being positive and comfortable in my own skin. My most challenging aspects was to make a angry and frustrated customer leave the building with a smile.

Pros: Easy to talk to
Cons: Worries

Great learning curve in regards to health

Working in a medical invoroment can be very challenging in its own way in sense that we deal with sick people everyday which means that most patients are already grumpy with the whatever they are feeling physically as soon as they walk in. This requires a happy state of mind at because at every cost we have to put ourselves in the patients shoes. The upside of it is that my co-workers and I really get along. Team work is what we strive for and someone is always willing to help on a professional and personal level. I have learnt alot in terms of health.

Pros: healthcare on the spot
Cons: long working hours

Crazy but i love it

Very busy practice with a constant flow of people - giving assistance and costomer care is top of the daily task. unfortunately red tape makes the experience not a very pleasant one for sick patients.

Pros: suplied uniforms, medical aid and pension
Cons: long working hours, unnessesary paperwork that frustrate where paperless could have made a big difference

Excellent HealthCare

Medicross clinics all work different and independently , a typical work day for the receptionist staff includes tough clients, payments, Doctors order ect. It can get very busy on a typical day.
