I have learnt to work in an inbound call center

what i enjot about my working place is that i work with people who are welling to assist and teach you about aot of things. The environment is a a free and safe environment.

Delivering high performance

When I first started I normally dealt with resolving small request, but with my ability of learning fast and resolving issues accurately I was quickly thrown into a deep-end. 5 months with the company not fully aware of the company systems I was assigned to a project that has been placed on hold for the past 3 years. Basically I enjoyed doing project because it exposed me to a lot of processes and company systems. Soon after I was done with the project I was nicknamed after the project and that proved to me how I have done a great job in delivering what was expected and even exceeded expectations.

Pros: Great learning environment
Cons: Every system is inhouse

Working in a professional environament where staff are treated with respect.

My day at work could entail the following: - Liaising with users to obtain requirements , assisting with system queries or training issues. - Liaising with developers to share requirements or walkthrough of the specification - Handing over specification to testing team - Reviewing test results s - Post implementation review after project is implemented. At my workplace a professional environment is maintain where employees are treated with respect.

Pros: Enjoying the flexibility
Cons: I am worried about stability

I am working on for a small company that is in infancy as far as testing and software development process maturity is concerned. It offers opportunities to implement the correct process.

Excellent learning curve

Manage and review chronic authorisation as per scheme protocol, Interact with the doctors and pharmacist for telephonic chronic registration .Assist with members and sending auth letters , updating medication via emails and faxes and sending correspondence to the doctors and pharmacist. Call centre Managed health industry

Cons: work on weekends and at night
