Good learning to my staff and managemnt

When I was a hostess I was very nice cause I was satisfying my patient needs,you must understand that your patient is your boss,if you satisfy them,you will loose clients,when I was working as chef,I must understand the culture, what they like, are they happy with my food,now as store lady,I'm the Engen of the company everything goes I must record down I must be very strict cause I'm the one who must make profit not loss,I have to work with difficult people make them understand and you must understand them.

Good experience, kept all the good record excellent hard work

I am so intelligent, opportunist is my first priority, I love people and I love to create best work under pressure. Keeping good service for my customer is one major idea to sustain the success of the business, not making profit only but to make sure all the customers are well served and that has arise my sales in most of the time, communication skills has made a understanding and clarification in the micro environment, I make sure every customer hear and understand me when communicating in the market environment and communication keeps the business excellent. Opportunity is a special gift for anyone who takes it, allow me to show all my skills and experience I had for 3 years, give me opportunity to come with high determination of working with you, don't allow neglect, allow giving one opportunity in once time.

Great learning experience

The nice thing to work at medirest is that you get to get your skills sharpened meaning skills development . The opportunity to grow and head into management. The stuff there is loving, caring and very hard working we working as a team and we more like family. I enjoy the learning part the time where we get to learn about all the safety and the health talks that we have daily.

Pros: A very determined hard and passionate worker thats willing to learn
