Learning and gaining necessary skills and know

Well it is a big great company which requires alot of people to complete the job. Everyday was a busy day in completing and assuring all shipments are done accurately. Everybody has to have their own back because no body worked in teams so you basically had to go to work work and work and not be making friends. In the 1 year 6 months that i was there i did learn alot and gained the necessary experience. I enjoyed learning new things from day to say because it's something I'm passionate about. I did have challenges whereby clients will take off with me but you have to be calm and explain properly.

Pros: Good grounds for learning and gaining skills and knowledge needed within the industry
Cons: Long working hours and low wages

Fast learner, enjoy learning new things, passionate to work within the shipping/transport industry

I am a independent young lady, like working alone or in a team to get job done. I make sure worj for the day is completed orderly and timesousley, if i dont understand i do raise my concerns and queries to management. I am a friendly person like unity in the office as we are all helping hands into getting job done after all. I have learnt alot based on work and experiences in the industry.

Pros: i would like benefits or promotions in due tine or to be given an opportunity to further my studies
Cons: long hours and not being paid for overtime,
