Excellent learning

we work good and efficient with my o-worker, team player . sharing different ideas about work and assisting one another I have learnt a lot, however I am so thankful and appreciating the opportunity that was given to me. especially my manager believed in me and grooming me in the industry. Positive attitude always willing to learn more from others always work hard to reach target

Excell exposure

It is a dynamic environment with a lot of learning opportunities for growth. I work in a diverse and multi cultural setting. We are a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, non clinical personnel and general workers. My involvement in this setting brought out the best in me as a person. The company has indoor online leading Academy where I enrolled on more than ten courses in two years. I successfully completed all of the enrolled courses. I feel empowered to work effectively with subordinates.

Fast learner, hard working

Climbing corporate ladder

I am a Credit Controller, our busy days are the first 10 days of every month, as I have to allocate payments of more than 60 pay points, most clients dont pay as per the Scheme rules, hence allocations are done daily. Once payments are allocated it means I can start my recons starting with the strategic paypoints up until to the straight forward paypoints. The challenge here is that every thing must be done by the 10th of every month. If you do not meet deadlines you get penalised. The remaining days of the month I work on my age analysis, i work on queries and send Welcome letters to new paypoints. We are a large group of Credit Controllers, we sometimes work as team. I learn every day because every one has a unique approach in tackling their daily tasks. I have learnt time management, solving complex situations, working under pressure and having fun while at it.

Excellent learning curve

Everyday I had to clear queriess before they are out of SLA(Service Level Agreement). Prepare reconciliation statement and when one agent is off sick then i would assist with his or her queries, the relationship with other co-workers was great. I learned that working as a team is the best because our goal is one which helping members. The challengises i had was dealing with difficult members who dont take no for an answer even if we agents are correct.

Wonderful company to work for

I learned a lot at Medscheme mostly how to prioritize and work well within the SLA of the company. We were 12 in our team from different cultures and backgrounds and it was a blast. I learned from each and everyone everyday. I enjoyed the team work the friendships. There was no real challenge except to understand each other and let others teach me on my weaknesses

Willing to learn

I work as a data capture My relationship with my co workers is very good,I always motivate them I have learn to deal with different cultures and different kinds of people I enjoy most capturing and do my job to meat the target level The most challenging in my job is when you have to read the Mims book that the doctors use, especially if I have to authorize an injection that is a biological and it has to be used in hospital for a patient that is admited ,and it would be an emergency case.
