My typical day at work or duties rather will be to check current SLA status and collate all reports before the call center opens at 8am.Team huddle in the morning if required greeting of staff. Checking that everyone is logged in and available in the call center. Daily meeting with staff one on ones. Management meeting with reporting line if applicable. Relationship with co-workers I get along with everyone as well as my direct reportees they are free to come chat to me at any time as I have a open door policy. I enjoy working with people and motivating my team sharing helpful information. I am a team player and like to see my staff happy and want to come to work I have learnt a lot of resilience in my previous role as a Team leader it gave me leadership exposure and how to deal manage not just the employee but the person itself. Growth with in the finance

not challenging for me to work as an agent anymore I dot have any challenges because I know all the customers requests all the time ad know how to resolve them without the need for a supervisor to assist I have leant so much about to deal with irate customer and to keep calm and professional the work environment is the best the relationship between the co-workers is healthy we enjoy helping each other out

Pros: incentives paid out after 3 months to best perming agents
Cons: no grothwithin the compay
