It is a very good company to work for and it is a medium company where we know each other . At Medshield ,the management encourages us to leave with our values which are Accountability ,Integrity, Transparency, Innovation, Dependability and Mutual respect . My department is specialised Assessing department. We are call specialised department as we do different functions and we also meet with client when necessary . I love and enjoy my work because I like to interact with different people every day.

Learning Curves

Have learnt to deal with different people and getting along with people and people oriented. I have learnt to be more observant and knowingly of my background and where I am.
