Excellent learning curve

As the Executive Personal Assistant to the Clinical Risk Executive my role requires a high degree of professionalism, maturity, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. I pride myself on the quality of work I deliver, applying tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers at all times. Being mature, energetic and hardworking, I am able to maintain confidentiality in sensitive matters whilst displaying excellent judgment and initiative when required. A major part of my role is ensuring effective coordination of activities for the executive office while time managing and often controlling access to the executive. My responsibilities include but is not limited to travel arrangements, preparation of internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners, reminding the executive of important tasks and deadlines while ensuring quality assurance of reporting, presentations and correspondence.

Excellent learning curve

A credit control position was created for me after completing learnership with Medshield medical scheme, Salary offered to me is below entey level where HR says i do not have sufficient experience

Grown within the organisation

I am a professional and highly organized individual who communicates confidently as well as demonstrates initiative and independence. Operating effectively within a team environment, I consistently meet deadlines whilst maintaining high standards. I am searching for a potential career opportunity within my field of expertise that being a combination of a number of things including interpersonal relationship development and project management. Opportunities in the JHB North/East areas are preferred however not limited to.

Good working environment

I have learnt alot in my time at Medshield, however there is no room for growth, being in the same position for over 6 years became monotonous, overall a good company to work for.

Medshield is one of the smallest companies I have worked for since starting my career in 2010. It was a huge change from my previous jobs but one I am glad I took on. Leading the digital revolution at the company is a phenomenal experience. I am able to make calls on major influential decisions and be a game changer in the market! Growth phase for my career

I've gained the most experience career wise and I've also learned some things about myself and interacting with people. the environment has shown me what a corporate soa've is like. what is expected of an employee and how to properly represent your employer in interacting with clients.

Learning Curve

My typical day is without structure due to management style, ensuring that I am able to adapt to situations as they arise. I am constantly improving on relationships to ensure maximum output. I have learnt to deal with difficult personalities while maintaining business ethic and professionalism. I enjoy a varied day knowing that my service has a positive impact on all. What I find challenging is that there will always be an element of uncertainty when dealing with these difficult personalities and that it is best to remain objective.

Great learning curve

The employees, executives, co-workers and cleaners are generally friendly. The working conditions are fair with air conditioners and tea breaks. Managers are fair and every employee seem to be equal before the law/ company policies. The work ethic is impeccable.

Pros: Fair opportunity for promotions.
Cons: No notable cons, not that I am aware of.
