Excellent experience and learning curve

Medtronic is a wonderful company to work for, the environment is healthy and they are very serious with training and upskill programs, at the end of the quarter all employees receive incentives, management tries to uplift moral. I have learnt a lot about the medical devices.

New opportunity

I looking for a new opportunity whereby I can grow and learn, to be an integral part of a growing business that are passionate about what they do. I have been working as facilities manager for almost 10 years, my areas included soft skills for facilities, security and health and safety. We had 7 locations of which Midrand was the head office in SA. I managed people on a daily basis. Dealt with special projects, renovations, office moves, office closures, etc

Pros: Have been there fora while and have learnt alot
Cons: No upward growth
