It is company that works hand in hand with many other companies and different Trades

Working with trades of many deciples grants me an opportunity to variety experiences like bold crew( talking). Fitters, boiler makers, welders,riggers and machine operators.site its self is a National key point (eskom )which then means Safetey is of a high standard and there are site specifics. the culture of always each employee having to contribute on toolbox topics by taking turns in presenting it and hazard identificstion make us all one big united team of Safety officers and brothers keeper. it is ofcause a challenge to sometimes have to find new employees not familiar with site because they were not adequately placed or did site induction but because of our brothers keeper culture it then makes it easy to identify such employees and have one on one sessions with them.

Pros: there are always opportunities for promotions to Safetey coordinators to Senior Safetey officers and so fourth up to managers because of scale of company
Cons: its a two shift( day and night) with maximum of 9 hours .so they are reflexeble hours

-Each day we have specific tasks to be done. -We had excellent relationships from the management to the workforce. -Working as team, being responsible all the time, being brother's keep in order to achieve our goal safely. -Is the commitment we had from management to the workforce. -is the people behavior on the job, personal problems at the work place.

Pros: Well that'll be a company choice or decision, my focus is to do the best that i can be employed for.
Cons: I can work long hours

Good learning experience

Good company to work at with good employees.i learnt how to work as a team,problem solving skills,leadership skills. The challenges i face daily keeps me going
