Hardworking go getter

My typical day at work start with reporting to our office to hear about breakdowns the standby guy had on my section. If there was no breakdowns I carry on with the days plan maintenance. I've learn to respect my co workers. Have patients with them and understand where they coming from. What I have learn is that we only pass this way once. Be fair, encourage, build the next person up. Learn to listen and listen to learn. What I have enjoyed most was team building. The most challenging aspects the back biting

Cons: Reach the top of the ceiling. No growth career at a stagnating area
