Good begining, not in the long run good.

Excellent ppace to start but can't go higher than assistant manager at a branch unfortunately. Salary stays the same. No increases yearly. No pention and no medical aid which is very disappointing. But for someone young to start here it's a good learning experience. Learn alot which will help you in the long term.
