Excellent learning curve

Working for this company is a blast, always new thing everyday new faces all the time. lots of learning. typical work day to sum it up it can be stressful at times seeing up to 40+ patients in the trauma unit alone and that's just on a day shift excluding the night shift. work enviroment is nice co-workers are great. Enjoy the early mornings coming to work everyone fresh and ready for the day. the nurses in our hospital is what makes this hospital. the most challenging aspect of my job fuctions i being able to multitask the 12 in 1 job fuctions i do on a daily basis

Good learning opportunities

Work lots of overtime, but not paid overtime. Good working environment. Very family oriented. Good company to work for. Co-workers very helpful. The most challenging aspects were lack of state of the art equipment, resulting in loads of repairs.

Staff are very friendly. Like a big family.

It is a bit difficult to type here with a white background and a white font. Anyway you can change it? Anyway my work experience at melomed is very awesome except for my superior. He is very difficult at times, reason for this, he will enforce something on you that is not true and then rub in it as much as he can, sometimes for weeks on end.

Pros: work in a family orientated environment
Cons: No oppurtunities for growth.
