Helpdesk, Computer and network troubleshooting

I have great Computer Network and Trouble Shooting skills. I am a fast learner with Good Software and technical skills. I desire to succeed in an innovative environment of growth and technological enhancements. I would appreciate your confidence in my application and I am looking forward to working with you in the near future. In the past 10 months I've worked at S.A clinics Head office in Randburg as a Help desk and support technician, where I was responsible for trouble shooting clinic database, network IP devices & printers; assisting clients remotely; servers and basic computer setup. I was also responsible for performing maintaince on the system's including windows and antivirus updates.

Pros: Problem solving skills
Cons: 14 to 16 Hour's a day & not good working environment

I was working long hours sometime and the job was to book a patient open a file for him and update him on the system take him to the doctor after he finish with a doctor I must sell him a medication or the one prescribed by the doctor using my skills of up selling him medication then I must invoice him to our system and see how he will by cash or a credit card at the and of the day I must take all the takings of a day to do a balance sheet and do the stock take at the end of the month there are days where you must go to a satellite clinics and do the same job you're doing. It's when you working until late but you will not get a overtime but you must be at work early the morning the don't calcylate that time you were at work

Pros: The is no promotion because you work with a commission
Cons: Yes sometimes you can work long hours and you don't get the overtime the overtime depend to MD to pay you or not

Excellent

I've worked for Men's Health for 3 years and for first 9 months I was a Call Centre Consultant in the Inbound and Outbound department then on the 10th month I got promoted to work at the Clinic to assist the existing and non existing patients and tell them more about how the Constitution operates like. And booking appointments for the Patients and making follow ups on how their medications are treating them.

Pros: Great opportunity
Cons: Yes I can work long hours

Internship where duties include Administrative duties

Administrative duties, Scheduling appointments, Confirming arrivals, providing company related information (Directions, Pricing and Dates) Colleagues are amazing and very focused Target is achievable based on drive Leads are great Learning about the corporate structure was a bonus
