Corporate plife in one's career path

I'm working for one of the Top employer that encourages team work and in full support of work and family life balance. I work in a team environment and at the same time have the opportunity to specialise in a particular brand within the team. Our team is has multiracial members and age group between 26 - 57 years which brings lot of respect and humility amongst us. We learn a lot from each others' background and we get along very well as a team, I can laugh hard when I'm home but hardest at work because of the individual flavour we each bring everyday at work. The challenges and fun comes every month end when we have to show the sales team that they can rely on us to delivery every unit to reach the target, I really enjoy month end, that's where our negotiation skills kicks in the most.

Cons: Working on weekends

Excellent experience

Good working environment Good working relationship with coworkers and great calloration with other division Worked on big projects with international exposure I have learnt great problem solving skills Emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills people and performance management. Sometimes i have to work long hours and working on complex problems. What is challenging the most is further development for females.
