Excellent learning curve and great for growth

Merchants is an excellent company for workers with little or no call centre experience. Merchants promotes growth so there is always opportunities and chances for personal growth. A normal day at work would be filled with assisting customers with statement queries. Work environment is excellent and is kind of like a home away from home, it is aimed at making you feel comfortable.
