Excellent learning curve and great support

As a Tenured staff member I enjoy the work I do as a Customer service Rep at my current company. I am trained as an ADSL and telephone line faults specialist and often get the opportunity to liaise with external technicians and wholesale companies. I ofter Floorwalk which means I play the role of supervisor and take customers' escalations and resolve the queries. As floorwalker it is my duty to also assist where a certain colleague my lack in knowledge on a certain product or troubleshooting step. I enjoy this the most. Assisting with building confidence and growing the knowledge of other staff members. I have learnt a great deal as we are expected to troubleshoot over 10 different types of internet connections with a wide variety of equipment. I am well versed in both windows and Mac operating systems
