A typical day at work _________________ In a fast past growing call center your typical day is to think on your feet and be adaptable to change because in contact support center change can happen as quick as when you start your shift. Always using your staff resources to stay ahead be updated always. Excellent learning Curve

Customer Service Manager for escalation of issues, management, guidance, two way feedback. Customer Service Representative for sharing information, cross-training and client service. Technical Staff in order to communicate network conditions and resolve faults. Human Resources to deal with HR/Payroll related matters. Educating customers to provide education, enquiry, problem and complaint resolution as well as achieve sales and respond to billing issues. Product & Vendors to establish services and resolved problems.

Cons: Opportunity for promotion limited
