It is a company with young energetic people who are hard working

We make bookings for domestic and international flights on a daily basis. I am not competent to do my work.I have a good relationship with my coworkers. I have learned to be independent to work and solve problems on my own. I enjoy being trusted to help the new recruits while doing their training. It's challenging because sometimes some people miss their flights and expect to get their money back . Unfortunately we follow the rules of the tickets.

Pros: I have learned independency and to think out of the box

Excellent for acquiring skills

Acquiring new skills and learning how to handle different situations under different circumstances. I enjoy enjoy dealing with different clients as I learn to work under pressure.

The environment is awesome, the agents are jolly also it is a very competitive environment were one pushes his/her self to give excellent customer service.

Merchants is a great company to work for, many opportunities to grow.

Merchants is a great company to work for, many opportunities to grow. My team is very vibrant with different cultural backgrounds with amazing support from colleagues to team manager. We deal with SAA Platinum members who are very demanding which requires the best product knowledge as we deal with clients telephonically and via email. I've learnt that when working as a team you learn and achieve a lot. I enjoy playing games and listening to music for stress release.

I someone how like challenges and to learn new things and a hard worker.

I will like to learn new things all the time and a hard working. I don't talk to much but am an easy person to make friendship. I can work under pressure. I have learnt a loot of things will am working in this company, how to work with the customer and be able to resolve the complaint and the Online order for customer. I enjoy typing most of the time and working with different people. The most challenging aspects of this company is when you need assistance from manager or supervisor for customer because they do want to assist if you don't understand something.
