Love working with people.
As I have been working people has been the greatest field for me. All I can say working as Customer Service needs a lot of understanding and pentients with customers,first of all the knowledge that must occur in myself as a agent is thath reason for the person calling is that they need clearity,support,empanthy,understanding,knowledge from me about the product meaning by that I must make sure I listen and I can put myself into the customers shoes. With me not knowing the product I will be giving wrong information to the customer that can cost the company hence putting my job as well at stake. Even if dealing with a furious customer always do not panic stay calm and try in your to calm the customer as well.

Cons: Working on sandays and public holidays.
