ear Sir/ Madam I am Tshepho Eliphus Rakwelele, 29 Years of age. I studied Tourism Level 2, 3 & 4, Galileo and Tourism Management. I am familiar with Micros Opera, Galileo, Tars and PMS. I have vast of experience in Tourism & Hospitality industry. I am accurate. reliable, and determined to be successful. I am currently working as a Night Auditor/Receptionist at Mercure Hotel Midrand while studying BCom in Law at UNISA. The personal skills that i have, combined with the knowledge that i obtained during my academic period are enough for the occupation concerned. All in acquiring is the platform that will allow me to exercise the career that i have studied for while making contribution economically to the employer involved. Thanks Tshepho Rakwelele

I am an ambitious individual who is willing to learn and i am a team player.

I have learnt how to deal with guest complains. I enjoy working with people. I I like to learn and i have a good working relationship with my coworkers. I am a team player and i enjoy my work as a whole

Pros: Company is very small for promotions
Cons: Working for this company is very good and i enjoy, i wanna move to other companies for growth.
