Perfect industrie

The construction is the best industrie because you meet different kinds of people with different cultures and speaking different languages but if we doing work as a team it give us one perfect job. By being a person with good manners is the most important thing i the company, it makes job flow smoothly. Rime management is very important to start the good work at a time .

Excellent

My work day is to check the progress of work on sites ,and the work done by sub contractors of which I draw them the target for weak that they must reach ,I've learnt a lot because most of the time I'm working with people that are older than me with good experience of which they share with me daily .The most challenging side of my job is the final accounts stage when the client doesn't accept my quantities but I enjoy when we go to site to double check quantities and when we find out that mine is the correct one.

Pros: Great opportunity of getting better experience
Cons: Working even during weekends inorder to reach my target

Excellent learning curve

hard worker that is not afraid of challenge, adaptable to any kind of environment ,always willing to learn new skills. good communication skills and also love working with people if needed to. Good personality and abilities to work individual and within a team/groups environment.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
