Maintanance of concrete mixer trucks and pumps

Maintaining , repairing and servicing of concrete mixer trucks, wheel loaders and concrete batch plant. Learned to maintain concrete batch plant which include motors , conveyor system, pneumatics and hydraulic system. Also learned basic maintanance of concrete pumps and CO2 welding

Pros: well disciplined and ability to work as team
Cons: flexible to work long hours

Opened up the world of concrete to me

I have always been in high speed, low down time production and manufacturing industries. Decisions were always on the spot due to the environments being extreme high stress. In all my industries customers were very important. I delt with customers directly or indirectly on a daily basis. Being in a senoir position for most of my career I leart to plan most my day and leave space for crisis management. Planning and scheduling is the most important tool to success.

Pros: Great oportunities to new and challanging industries.
Cons: Always on duty

Excellent learning

My company was not a good company at, were working vcompany was not a good company at all they discriminate people they treating us not equally, they put white people Frist
