Execellent and quick learner

am an Admin Clerk/ Switch board operator /Receptionist & Invoicing Clerk whom has been in the fortunate positions to acquire competencies in a diverse field of administrative and client services. I enjoy working with people and have therefore structured and maintained very good trust- and business relationships. I keep a cool head when under pressure and I am able to adapt to different and challenging circumstances. This enables me to communicate comfortably, confidently and professionally with all clients. I am a loyal and dedicated person. My focus on accuracy is the basis upon which I conduct all my duties in order to ensure compliance with the relevant company procedures and process and reduce risks to poor quality. I enjoy interacting with people and my ambition is to utilize this characteristic in a business environment where I can be part of a dynamic team, add value to the company and grow professionally.

its a good stable big company and giving a good commission, the relationship with co-workers isn't bad and i have learned so much not only sales department as per my learnership but all basic duties of most departments the only challenge we get is not having stock sometimes for the customers

Excellent

it's ok but not what i enjoy doing,the relationship is good, i have learnt different departments basic duties, sales, stores, refrigeration, air-conditioning,i enjoy sales, the most challenging is working overtime sometimes

It has been a good learning curve

My day starts the moment I sit on my chair. having my first cup of coffee while going through my e-mails for the day. already arranging your day based on your e-mails. I work well with my colleagues as my involves them as we call it 'a Chain' . I'm an introvert but working on an open plan sharing ideas has changed so much about me. what I have leant is to know how to prioritise your work as everything turns to be urgent. workload gets too much towards month end and can hardly move away from your desk. but Metraclark has groomed me and happy about that.
