No growth in this company

There is no growth in this company, you work more than ur job descriptions with no numeration. Poor communication from the office to shop floor. When working away from home you sleep in the car. If you work more then 2 days away you only get a place to sleep that you have to share with another person

Being at metro you get to learn a lot of things . As it is broad it prepares you for anything.

Being at metro is S big thing to achiev. Everyone who wanna be in a medical field enjoys being there. You become your best there . You meet new people you make memories. You make family all around the the medical firild . Yoh learn something new every day, she never someone mdies or something goes wrong Yoh feel like a loser and always have tomorrow to imprerove your skills. You se each day as a new beginning of your life . You get rooted in such short periods of time. You work effectively and good

Exellent ezperience

I need to grow and challenge something new. I want to see myself doing something that could change peoples lives in a massive way. The company I am working for is a security my views are limited in fact I have never had an opportunity whereby I can give my own opinion and everyone from the directors if the company I work for, to the client look at me and see a nobody. So for me to stay here would be a close door to many opportunities. I need to grow and be able to make a change in a different career.
