Clients always right

As a permanent financial advisor at metropolitan I work normals days also weekends hint"when I am having appointment with my clients,I work with different people with their different personality and they helping each other for instance to split the clients if you haven't validate for the month,I learnt to be patient and to listen the clients and help or advise them financially.I enjoy working there because it teach me to be polite and calm down when the client become rude and continue look for more clients in other words being more positive about the job that I do.the most challenging part is when you have to beg the clients several times and have to meet the target of the month,to go out in different industry to get more people who haven't got insurance also when someone lapse then your PCR will decrease and you have to work more harder to validate and also fill up that gap of lapses.

Pros: validation every months then promoted to next category
Cons: even weekend in order to validate for the month
