I am willing to relocate and learn

I am in a Banking sector (motor finance), my role is pay the dealer for approved applications . i have a daily target of 15 deals, is not easy doing payouts because i have to check almost all the client's documents (payslip, ID , drivers, FICA , ITC etc ) and also to verify if everything submitted is valid. i have learnt alot especillay when it comes to differiate between valid and invalid OR fraudulent documents submitted by fraudsters. i enjoy paying perfect deals and making my dealers happy , and also when geeting compliments from my dealers. the most challenging aspects of my job i would say every month, most dealers want their deals paid because they also have a target so they would put pressure on me , so if i cant handle pressue i would not be able to see fruad deals .

Gained extensive experience in finance

I deal with client queries on their vehicle finance accounts, escalating queries and dealing with irate clients. Process change of debit order details and changing bank accounts, payment arrangements.

Pros: Its been a pleasure and an eye opener and gained a lot of experience and exposure on banking industry.
Cons: Fatigue due to call volumes
