I have learnt how to deal with difficult Customers

We were working 8 hours a day,yes it was both hard and exiting.The most exiting thing was to work as unity not only as team,motivations from my team mates was always give the best,What i have learnt specific from my leaders is to maintain consistance. Enjoy work the late shift.The changing was was the customer service clients.

Pros: Great promotion oppotunities
Cons: I do not have a problem working hours

I enjoyed the work at Mfin....it really challenged me...

It was really fun to work at Mfin..I had really good team leaders who made the job worth while.The co workers was also great...even tho they speak a different language we were working as one team.I learnt alot through them on certain people....what to say and what to not say..There is no greater feeling for me as when i finish a deal....and my greatest desire is to be the top performer in my work place....My most challenging aspect was/is the language barrier.

Pros: Great learning curve..challenging because you dont see the client in front of you...R4500,00
Cons: The working of shifts is not on for me.

Greate opportunities

What I enjoy the most in sales is Competition I like to compete and became number 1 in the competition mos of it all I like writing my own cheque I always set my goals and I make sure that I archive them.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Long hours in public holiday
