Good exposure to pharmaceutical GMP

II have worked with people in peace. A good day's work is when the target forvthat day ismet! Which I alway did. Communication is key to msintain a smooth and congusive working environment.

Pros: Working on a workdclass product cannabis, GMP application experience to a certain level,
Cons: Long working hours with very low basic payment and no overtime payment, no communication up and down the hierarchy,Opportunities for promotions were skew and done on favouritism

Good learning curve

Always asking for assistance when i it a rock, i always engage with co-workers for advice, delegate some co-workers, new skills esecialy not in my area of academic knowledge, i enjoy quality assurance duties like releasing products basis on their COA, placing labels with their batch info, expiry and manugacture dates, no communication from my supervisor but being expected to deliver, no.access to information but expected to deliver

Pros: Working hand in hamd with the Finance department and CEO
Cons: No communication from the superiors, slow work flow, no access to necessary areas/info
