Learning to be attentive

I am doing data capturing, taking members info and putting it on the system calculating if the members qualifies to get that policy that he or she is applying for and am also a team leader of data capturing am the one who checks my team states their accuracy in capturing. I train anybody who is new in data capturing and I help at the reception. i have a very good relation ship with my co workers especially the ones in my team because they say the enjoy my training and am very clear with making the understand. I have learnt that being a team leader you must lead by example and be considerate of other people because we don't absorb information the same way or rather same time, the is nothing that I find too challenging because I have been doing this work for the past six years. so I no everything.

Pros: its easy to no other departsments work because everything states in capturing ( new business department)
Cons: if i make a mistake and its not iditified early all the departments suffers.
