Great exposure to electronics and a good learning experience.

I am interested in applying for a full time position available in your company. I have completed my National Diploma in electrical engineering and I would love to join an amazing company such as yours. Adding to my academic record, I can specify some of my positive attributes gained through my exposure to the outside world like, the ability to work in a group coherently, effective communication skills and a hard working nature. I have a very friendly and respectful relationship with my co-workers and I enjoy playful banter with them. I have learnt a lot, like, working with pcb boards, programming, filling, to be a good team player, to lead a team, electronics and soldering. I love learning about new devices and products and then faulty finding on them. I rather enjoy the test process and overseeing a project. One aspect I found challenging was working on many projects at the same time.

A nightmare

All honesty it is very brutal, unfair and very unprofessional, manageress lies and constantly paints a one sided picture of staff whom is not liked by oneslf

Pros: I love technology and daily exposure expanding my knowledge base
Cons: Unprofessional and immature members of management, members of management can be rude and verbally abusive to staff, favouritism shown to only certain members of staff by production manageress , always ensuring a single person can be blamed for when something goes wrong, lack of clear management and communication, manageress constantly involves oneself in every department, airing of thoughts and opinions is irrelevant if you are not part of a so called “click”, relationships developed between manageress and new employee which when brought to senior authorities with visual evidence only to be totally ignored, rule about no family members are allowed to be employed at the same company does not apply to an individual yet another individual was given the option to quit,no respect to staff , no management skills by manageress, manageress has no level of professionalism nor communication skills constantly screaming and verbally abuses staff amidst the entire staff present.
