Delivery a daily service and assistance to 215000 employees in the retail Motor Industry as well as 21000 individual businesses. Determining of minimum conditions of employment. Hard worker
I believe I am a good asset to your company as I can in short space of time make a positive contribution and hit the ground running, and my working experience qualities me to recommend my self to your company for possible employment. I am reliable and always ensure the internal and external contacts receive prompt, accurate and able to work on other departments and have strong leadership skills. I have sales consultant experience, customer service, outbound telemarketing ,field marketing, receiving, despatching. I speak with a smile, have ability to work and communicate with people. As you will see in my enclosed CV, I have been responsible for customer service and merchandising on floor, assisting customer's with consumer goods. I have successfully achieved to work neat and correctly without no mistake on system and been recommended by customers for good Customer Service.

Very challenged by the commercial language
I am a people person, I enjoy working and communicating between all people. I also like to work in a company where the policy and procedures apply at all times and followed continuously. The healthcare industry is very sound on policies at all times

Excellent learnign curve
It has been a great experience for day one. I have managed to learn quite a lot, with help from my colleagues. If I get stuck in anything it easy to seek for help from colleagues and superiors.

Lacking
Lacking. Company should treat their employees better and value them. Employees are not happy. Lack of support. Qualified employees should be paid well. favoyritism is An order of the day

Its an excellent paltform to gain experience in the working field.
- Dealing with walk-in clients and attending to the call centre - Assisting clients with completing claim forms -Liaising wit other departments to ensure satisfactory service - Scanning and capturing claims on the system - The most challenging aspect is dealing with a walk in client while explaining something over the phone to another on

Coined my senior executive experience
Participate at EXCO level, inform strategy, strained relationships at exco due to the political environment, otherwise have extreme good relationships with snr management, have learned to navigate the political mine fields, the last 14 years have been the most learning experience especially at exco level.

No room for growth and development

Its a great company if you dont have a growth plan. I enjoy working here.
The company is great for someone with no future growth as it limited to what you doing. Its not great with employees communication. You have to grow yourself and develop new skills outside. Its good for stability.

Excellent learning environment
Excellent room for growth in the long run however the pay is not inticing. The work is not challenging intellectual it’s more repetitive administration I am looking for a challenge and growth, I am yet to receive such.
