Good place for learning

My name is Dineo Valencia Monaledi I possess a 3 year Bachelor degree in Travel and Tourism I also had the opportunity to work as a guest House Duty Manger for 3 year in wish I have obtained vast amount of experience in the Hospitality industry. I'i am a very dedicated individual who is always willing to go an extra mile in terms of completing my duties and responsibilities. I am one individual that enjoys interacting with different type of people and take pleasure in working with a group of people or a team of people with the dream to achieve company goals and objectives. I love learning and I'm always driven by my eagerness to learn and expand my knowledge. In this industry I have learned a lot in terms of going an extra mile in satisfying customers need and expectations. I'm always eager to represent my company with honor and integrity at all time and most importantly I a very hard worker.

Have learnt a lot but there is too much oppression

You work long hours and they don't pay overtime. A weekend and holiday are normal day .I enjoyed gaining some knowledge and experience and working as a team.

Pros: getting promoted but the salary not being raised
Cons: long working hours that are not paid
