Working in Midvaal is an experience of a life time you get to work with different people and understand how everything works in a municipality. I am a hard working woman and a good team player, i put effort in what i do. I am not afraid of hard work i work very well under pressure and do what is expected of me.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

I enjoyed the relationship I had with my fellow colleagues, I have learned to work under pressure, typing, making copies, scans and filling was my everyday job

Pros: have learnt to trust myself to take decisions that will benefit the organisation
Cons: no development
