Frustrating

I love my job. I hate management and my salary. I believe that I am grossly underpaid and worth a lot more. But, I do get satisfaction from my work, which makes the frustration bearable at times. I get a long with all my co workers. I am good with people. I find it frustrating that the company does not adapt to times and still function like the way it was built in the 90. There is no space for adapting and implementing better ways to do thinhs.

Pros: Job satisfaction
Cons: Low salary and no room for growth
